A simple, elegant extension to a 1930's house provided the client with a kitchen and dining area leading straight out onto the terrace and garden, incororating a window seat in the bay. Careful consideration was given to matching the brick and other materials to the existing house for continuity, whilst providing a light and airy addition to the house. A traditional lead roof has been used above, so that the view is as pleasant from the bedrooms as it is from the living spaces.
